The location, the scenery, the staff

Price considering what it offers. The bathroom is not adequately separated from the bedroom. Only two types of main course for dinner.

I booked this hotel based on pictures I had seen online of the sunken pool pit overlooking the Julian Alps. The view is spectacular. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Def worth it - though there was construction happening and I was looking fwd to walking/biking that path with the backdrop. No big deal!.

Where the hotel fell SHORT were simple things: 1. The rooms didn't have basic things such as lotion or even complementary bottled water. Something I am used to with any/all hotels. With the price they should consider it for guests. 2. The pool was dirty - I get that it's winter into spring but seeing it mossy green and not how it was advertised, took away from the experience for me. At the very least they should have it maintained even if it's not swimmable. Lastly the dinner package they offer was delicious - all courses - may I suggest including dessert rather than having that be an upcharge. All in all it was a good experience - long drive from Ljubliana and internet hype had my expectations high.
